Representatives of the European Roma Union in the Council of Europe

Strasbourg – A delegation of the European Roma Union (ERU) visited the Council of Europe on Monday 10 February 2014.

With the assistance of the Permanent Representation of Slovenia to the Council of Europe, Jožek Horvat Muc, ERU Vice President, Orhan Galjus, ERU member of the Presidency and Stanko Baranja, member of the ERU Assembly met the representatives of the Office of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, the Special Representative for Roma Affairs of the Council of Europe, the representatives of the European Roma and Travelers Forum (ERTF), and the delegations of Council of Europe member states.

The European Roma Union, headquartered in Murska Sobota in Slovenia, brings together the representatives of Roma organizations and associations in 19 European countries.
